Early morning meetings anyone? Sometimes client only has that early morning free and it’s best to grab that opportunity. Try setting it up at Single Origin in High Street, BGC because they’re open already at 7 am. No need to worry for early morning parking challenges because you can surely score that slot near Santi’s or at The Fort Strip which is only a few steps away from the restaurant.
Why we love this place? Fast wi-fi for quick email checks and good coffee that can satisfy your client’s caffeine fix. You can sit next to the bar tables to have a little privacy and focus on the things that you have to get done for the week.

A gem in the middle of the busy streets of Makati. This place deserves a spot for having a very reliable wi-fi connection and accessibility for clients along Ayala-Valero area (aka the ones in LKG Tower, Philam Tower, and Smart Tower). Parking can be a little bit tricky but you can always find a spot along the side streets.
Crepe Amelie is perfect for lunch meetings because they have a quiet area near the cashier so you can concentrate on the agenda even if the rest of the restaurant is busy during the lunch hour.
Worth the mention: their Wi-fi won’t let you down during lunch peaks so you can still receive urgent IMs and emails without worries.
Sheridan, Mandaluyong City

A restaurant with a heart. This “social enterprise café” is perfect for that merienda catch up with your client or a good thank-you merienda session with media friends at TV 5 and Bloomberg. Located along Sheridan, this quaint café serves delicious home cooked meals and specialty coffee that fills your stomach while supporting the community in La Trinidad Benguet.
They also have a function room that can accommodate up to 25 guests that is good for small group media briefings or a more private meeting.
Quick note: Their wi-fi connection is no doubt one of the fastest among the list but you can only access it for FREE for 1 hour. You have to pay Php 30.00 per hour if you need to extend. (HONESTLY, this is totally ok since the productive meetings should not last more than an hour, right?)
For parking, they have their own lot just across the building.

An accessible but not-so-usual meeting place is Karen’s Kitchen in Mandaluyong. Located just at the next block of Ynares Stadium/Estancia properties, this themed restaurant is the home of delicious pastries and home cooked meals in Mandaluyong.
Since the popularity of old houses turned restaurants came about, Karen’s Kitchen stepped up the food game by introducing healthy meal alternatives such as Quinoa bowls! The inner “tita” in you and your clients will surely come out when you visit Karen’s Kitchen.
What’s more special: They have a good themed function room that can accommodate up to 40 guests that is perfect for media briefings for lifestyle brands.
Vanderlust Bistro + Patisserie

We all have that one client that really squeezes us in their schedule but is later in the evening. If you’re in the north, make sure to book Vanderlust Patisserie + Bistro for your evening meeting.
Located along Tomas Morato, Vanderlust’s second floor is perfect for discussing client updates while munching yummy European eats (and if you’re a little playful, a good sip of wine).
This restaurant is very generous when it comes to sockets! When you’ve finally exhausted your powerbank’s energy, you’ll surely get a free plug when you have your meeting here.
What to order: If you’re just too frustrated for the day and need to release, order their schneeball dessert. Schneeball is a German dessert shaped like a snow ball that you have to place inside a bag and hit with a mallet before you can eat it. This is because if you eat it as is, it’s just too hard. Get rid of all the tension that happened that day with a good smacking and a lot of munching.
Vanderlust’s second floor is relaxing and instagrammable. What a perfect way to wrap up your busy yet productive day with a good IG post!
There are many variables to consider when choosing a good venue for a meeting but one way to get it right is to assure your client that you’ll be able to adjust to their schedules- time and venue wise.
